Directions
Warm Therapy: Heat in the microwave for 1–2 minutes (adjust time based on microwave wattage). Apply as needed to help soothe tension headaches, muscle aches, and minor muscle spasms.
Cold Therapy: Place the pillow in a sealed plastic bag and freeze for 2 to 3 hours. Apply as needed to help reduce swelling and inflammation and provide cooling comfort for headaches and migraines.
