Are these products safe to use?

Our preparations use botanical ingredients with long histories of traditional use. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. If you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medications, consult your healthcare provider before use.

What does 'small-batch' mean?

We make limited quantities at a time — typically under 50 units per batch. This lets us source better ingredients, maintain closer quality control, and get the product to you fresher.

How should I store my preparations?

Keep out of direct sunlight and away from heat. Most tinctures and elixirs are shelf-stable at room temperature for 12–18 months. Teas and dry blends should be stored in a cool, dry place and used within 12 months of opening.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the US only. International shipping is something we're working toward as we grow.

When will sold-out or Coming Soon items be available?

Sign up for our waitlist on the home page and we'll email you when new batches are ready. We don't rush restocks — we wait until the next batch is right.

Can I return a product?

Because our products are consumable and small-batch, we don't accept returns on opened items. If something arrived damaged or incorrect, reach out and we'll make it right.
